      Compare the tipping point analysis result against connection rate data in the DW to understand what percentage of cluster exceeds these limits.

      • Gather data for M10/M20 as reference (limits are already enabled) to understand how often CRL is exceeded.
      • Gather data for M30 for the overall fleet
        • Provide how many and what percentage of cluster exceed limits for each tier
      • Gather data for top-100 customers
        • How many clusters exceed the limit (% and #)

      Caveat: Data in the warehouse does not have sufficient granularity to provide perfect results.
