MMS Automation has taken a dependency on the shape of the some of the histograms the server generates. While it does not support the histograms generated by WT, it depends on the shape of the opLatencies and src/mongo/db/commands/server_status/histogram_server_status_metric.h

In SERVER-121260, I changed the format of the histograms to match WT format and this broke MMS Automations histogram detection code.
