$out to a time-series collection fails with NamespaceExists when the target is upgraded to viewless concurrently

      When $out writes to a legacy (viewful) time-series collection and that collection is concurrently upgraded to the viewless format (e.g. during an FCV upgrade), $out can fail with NamespaceExists (code 48) instead of overwriting the target.
