Fix Histogram passthrough suites

      Currently the histogram passthrough suites `query_cbr_histogram_aggregation_passthrough.yml` and `query_cbr_histogram_jscore_passthrough.yml` are disabled. They both rely on the old "automaticCE" mode with 
      "HistogramCEWithHeuristicFallback" strategy. This strategy is not available anymore and the suites are in invalid state.
      Consider fixing them to truly work with histograms or removing them.
