      Since SERVER-127979, we drop config.cache.* collections after upgrading to Authoritative Shards. However, there may still be threads in the ShardServerCatalogCache that are reading from those collections, which can hit tassert 7032350 (see attached repro).

      We should interrupt those threads before dropping config.cache.*.
