      Summary

      We want fleet-wide detection of logical initial sync failures caused by an invalid condition during oplog application, with an AF ticket opened automatically on each occurrence and routed to the Replication team. One signal can be log id 21199 but we need to revisit if other conditions should also be included.

      Ask

      1. File the Atlas Log Ingestion rule request and obtain the prod RULE_ID.
      2. Once the RULE_ID exists, open a PR to atlas-failure-monitoring to enable AF ticketing for the rule (ref).
      3. Route the resulting AFs to the Replication team.
