Several JavaScript integration tests were still checking the value of the internal field `TestData.testingReplicaSetEndpoint`. This field was originally introduced to support testing of embedded routers. Because support for this functionality has been removed and no remaining test suite sets the `testingReplicaSetEndpoint` flag, all tests referring to it can be simplified and the redundant checks can be removed.
