Add a display name to the "fetch module images" function in definitions.yml

      "fetch module images" function definition in the definitions.yml  file of evergreen is missing a display_name attribute.

      Because of this, it's quite hard to devise specific matching rules targeting failures in this function (e.g. the ones mentioned in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-130511).
