      Following the Engineering Proposal: More Efficient Replication for Container Writes, we should add support for properly applying oplog entries that use the new format introduced in SERVER-130641.  This includes adding support to oplog.cpp and apply_ops.cpp, with tests in apply_container_ops_test.cpp.  Properly applying these oplog entries should not require a special feature flag.
