Add the failure reason to CannotBuildIndexKeys validation failure messages

      SERVER-114757 specifically excluded the exception reason from the validation error and instead logged it as a separate message. This has turned out to not be what we want as we want to be able to auto-classify different types of index key build failures and that requires more information in the validation error.
