      Remap more extensions assertions (extension-returned data/behavior contract violations: malformed serialized output, expand/desugar contract violations, DistributedPlanLogic contract violations, get_next() result contract, static properties/privilege spec) to ErrorCodes::ExtensionSerializationError and ErrorCodes::ExtensionError. Mechanical rename, no tassert/uassert macro-type change.
