Consolidate _usesExtendedRange from BucketSpec and DocumentSource

      The stage DocumentSourceInternalUnpackBucket has a member called _usesExtendedRange. There is also a similar flag in BucketSpec accessed from _sharedState->_bucketUnpacker.getUsesExtendedRange(). These two flags can diverge, and it is very confusing. We should consolidate them into one.
