If a document belonging to a sample doesn't fit in a samples's document we need to discard it. Potentially discarding the whole sample if a significant enough number of documents have that same problem.

Our samples document store the customer's document + an envelope with metadata. I'm speaking here about the case in which the customer's document is almost 16Mbs and adding those few bytes of metadata makes the sample document break the 16Mb threshold.
