      bucket_granularity.js failing on FCV upgrade/downgrade suites due to non-canonical bucket layout caused by the suite.

      Make the test use TimeseriesTest.canAssumeCanonicalTimeseriesBucketsLayout() to handle non-canonical bucket layouts, as done as part of 0405cb52193bb12106c34dd8a742dd5a480653ef
