      Follow-up from review of PR #58271 (SERVER-130240). Charlie suggested UnrecognizedIFRFlagInfo::serialize/parse could be expressed via IDL rather than hand-written BSON. (The related suggestion to use the IDL IFRSenderVersion type for the senderVersion field was done directly in PR #58271.)
