checkMetadataConsistency hook missing backgroundSessionCollectionDrop yml parameter in disagg passthrough suites

      disagg_sharded_multi_stmt_txn_jscore_passthrough (and bulk_write variant) fail CheckMetadataConsistencyInBackground with MisplacedCollection on config.system.sessions. This is expected, DropSessionsCollection intentionally creates transient metadata inconsistency during drop/recreate.

      Swallow logic in check_metadata_consistency_helpers.js keys off TestData.backgroundSessionCollectionDrop, but disagg hook override (disagg.sharded_cluster_multi_stmt_txn_jscore_hook_override) omitted that flag from CMC hook shell_options.
