Bump sharding_jscore_kill_primary_multiversion in Enterprise RHEL 8 (Config Shard) to use rhel8.8 medium

      We've been seeing occasional errors where the sharding_jscore_kill_primary_multiversion task runs out of disk space on the smaller default RHEL 8.8 small distro (BF-44428). We should bump the distro up to a RHEL 8.8 medium with more disk space to avoid this issue.
