Include allowDiskUse in the join plan cache key

      As potentially the allowDiskUse flag may influence the join optimization process in the future, it should be included in the join plan cache key.

      I am setting this as a bug and not an improvement because , while it does not matter right now, it can silently become a big deal in the future.
