Search Extension serialize() does not include requiresSearchSequenceToken state set by applyPipelineSuffixDependencies on mongos. Shards re-parse without knowing the token is needed.

Legacy DocumentSourceSearch avoids this by storing the flag in its IDL spec.

Fix
Search Extension serialize() must round-trip the state learned from applyPipelineSuffixDependencies.

NOTE
Once fixed, remove exclude_sharded_incompatible_tests entries in buildscripts/resmokeconfig/matrix_suites/overrides/with_mongot_extension.yml and the corresponding references in sharded_cluster and sharded_collections mappings.
