The noPassthrough test jstests/noPassthrough/query/pqs_stage_memory_knob_spill.js is flaky on debug and sanitizer build variants (e.g. linux-64-debug-required, rhel8-debug-aubsan-classic-engine, enterprise-rhel8-debug-tsan).

Root cause: sanitizer/debug variants start mongod with internalQueryEnableAggressiveSpillsInGroup: true, which force-spills the classic $group stage on every duplicate _id regardless of the memory limit. This breaks the test's baseline assertion that a query does not spill at the default memory limit. This is the classic-engine analogue of the SBE HashAgg increased-spilling ('inDebug') mode the test already disables.

Fix: disable internalQueryEnableAggressiveSpillsInGroup in the test's before() hook alongside the existing internalQuerySlotBasedExecutionHashAggIncreasedSpilling override.
