      SERVER-130180 created and initialized config.maxKeyOrphanScanState while processing a pending range deletion. 
      We need to exclude the related range-deleter guard oplog entries from the post-backup count assertion in magic_restore_pit_sharded.js, magic_restore_balancer_settings.js, and magic_restore_non_pit_sharded.js.
