SERVER-130940 added a renameAcrossDatabases stage to random_ddl_operations.js. However, until that fix is backported, this stage is excluded in multiversion. This was done via a check in the test rather than backports_required_for_mutliversion to prevent losing multiversion coverage of the entire test while waiting on backports.

Once the backports of that ticket are complete, the multiversion check can be removed.
