      This document describes a few issues with various durations we collect as part of query stats today:

      • Unclear metric naming (execution vs latency)
      • Double counting (for sharded queries)
      • Confusion between blocked vs paused time

      This issue is a placeholder for this work, which should be broken out into several issues.
