      Ensure the JOO variants/suites run with HLL enabled. We can also override each insert() to call analyze({mode: "ndv"}) in the query_join_optimization_persistent_samples_passthrough suite. We might have to rename this suite (or create it if the persistent samples team hasn't yet)
