Ideally this would be a sharded cluster with tracing on, and verify that a query going to all servers gets a span from all servers, and maybe also that a query going directly to mongods gets spans from there.

Ideally, we'd also have tests exercising both http export and file export, though we don't need to test all the behavior with each export.
