We currently have DSC metrics in ServerStatus split up across multiple sections, including in serverStatus.metrics.disaggStorage, serverStatus.metrics.disagg, and serverStatus.disagg. To the extent possible, we should consolidate these sections, likely into a single serverStatus.metrics section, as these support OTel export.
