SERVER-119688 restructured the query planner mode knobs and set internalQueryPlanRanker: "costBased" in the JOO test suites. However, JOO works fine with the default value of "mixed" (previously known as automaticCE). We should revert this specific change in the JOO suites to resolve BF-44824 and bring us closer to a release configuration.

This will also require us to regenerate the JOO golden test files.
