We should be able to break optimization time down into components so we can figure out where we're spending the most time. We should then add these times to the query stats join optimizer info struct. Provisionally, these timers should be:

• total time
• total time sampling
• time in enumeration
• time to parse an AggJoinModel/ construct a join prefix
