      The test vector_search_ifr_toggle.js fails, looking for ../lib/libvector_search_extension.so

      bazel test //jstests/suites/query-integration-search:vector_search --test_sharding_strategy=disabled --test_arg=/home/ubuntu/repos/mongo/jstests/with_mongot/vector_search_mocked/vector_search_ifr_toggle.js

      Get the test passing and remove the 
      incompatible_with_bazel_remote_test tags
