      Similar to SERVER-112710 and SERVER-112711, this is motivated by modularity and test layering. At present, document_source_exchange_test.cpp contains tests for both DocumentSourceExchange (QO) and the ExchangeStage (QE). This ticket tracks splitting that file into separate components.
