Since historic per-test runtime coverage for this suite crossed the 80% threshold on Jul 23, timeout generation switched from the required-builder defaults (exec 80 min, idle 16 min) to a historic estimate of exec 11-12 min and idle 5 min, which every run exceeds. The estimate only accounts for per-test runtimes plus CleanEveryN overhead, so the suite's dominant cost, the DisaggPeriodicPITRestore hook (about 62s per restore, 15+ runs per subtask, introduced with the full suite in SERVER-119974), is invisible to it. Pin the previously passing default timeouts for the affected variants.
