Mirror the ReplSetTest force-checkpoint logic (SERVER-131892) in the Python ReplicaSetFixture so multiversion suites that use that fixture also checkpoint the primary past the FCV transition before any mixed-version node initial syncs. A node that initial syncs copies the sync source's last checkpoint; if that checkpoint predates the FCV transition it crashes because it observes an FCV state inconsistent with its binary.
