If the getKeyFromKeyFile() call in the AuditKeyManagerLocal constructor returns an error, the server simply throws an uncaught exception that never gets logged as a failure, making it hard to diagnose. Use massert or expressly make it a process-fatal error with LOGV2_FATAL.
