Queries that hit the slow in progress query threshold report incorrect cpuNanos upon completion

      The cpuNanos value is computed when we log the slow in progress query (default threshold is 5 seconds), but subsequent calls to compute cpuNanos return the previous value instead of recalculating the current duration.
