There is code in the server repo, notably in the "client" directory, but some is in scattered other places as well (I know there are some files in the auth dir) that have the Apache license, presumably because they were part of the C++ driver. Now that the C++ driver has been forked from the main server repo, we should update all those files to use the AGPL
