Enables running suites that use query_tester or the golden test framework via bazel. Includes:

Fixes a couple of issues with paths and symlinks due to differences in the directory layout of bazel runfiles.
Excludes logging about python interpreter resolution from the golden file output.
A few dependencies added by content to BUILD.bazel files.
