[Join Optimization] Introduce query knob to control index fingerprint invalidation

      The index fingerprint invalidation for the join plan cache (SERVER-130368 and SERVER-132593) introduced logic to track all the relevant indexes for all the nodes of a join graph. We should add a knob to act as a kill switch in the event that there is an edge case where this finer-grained invalidation goes wrong that lets us simply fall back to the simpler CollectionVersion/SampleVersion based invalidation
