checkMetadataConsistency doesn't report whether it ran with full or relaxed chunk checks

      As the title implies SERVER-131669 added the possibility of running relaxed chunk checks based on a user-provided threshold.

      However, today there's no way to differentiate between an execution that did relaxed checks vs full checks from the list of results.

      This ticket is about exploring how best to report this information for checkMetadataConsistency users.
