      revert IDL validators from https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-128358. Maintain https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-89723 behavior. Some authorization endpoints are formatted in URN-style, and are not HTTPS

      Some IdPs supply URNs or other types of formats for the endpoints. The server should adapt its validation to also be able to handle these cases.
