Death unit tests have high cost of running, even empty death test that does nothing but tasserts takes ~8 seconds to execute at least for the change streams binary. Sometimes 10mins deadline is simply not enough.

This ticket is meant to be a temporary measure, the real ticket to address this issue will follow from me  serhii.lysenko@mongodb.com as I have better idea how to address this issue.
