Change stream filters are large trees evaluated against every oplog entry. The vast majority of entries do not match, so the cost is dominated by the order in which the branches happen to be generated. Thus, having the most selective branches at the top of the tree can improve performance. We want to implement dynamic reordering that at every getMore call the tree is reordered
