      The test jstests/noPassthrough/ddl/check_metadata_consistency_collmod_frozen_chunk_operations.js can pause a secondary that the other secondary is using as its sync source, preventing majority write concern from completing and hanging collMod. Disable chained replication in the test fixture so both secondaries sync directly from the primary.
