      SERVER-132623 fixed one holder AutoGetOplogFastPath was retaining a whole CollectionCatalog snapshot and pinning every ident in it. However, Vishnu brought up the point about handling the replicated ident drop when a user read that started just before the drop (PIT lock-free reads).
