lookup_pushdown.js and join_explain.js are failing on disagg.

The failure happens because before the first WT checkpoint, non-disagg returns diskSize=4K (minimum file allocation) whereas disagg returns 0B. 

The tests however do not expect either - this is merely a race which reveals the difference. We should call fsync in join-opt tests and in tests asserting the storageSize stat.
