Join plan cache: Include wildcardProjection in the hash computation

      In https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/0b10404401f856a3b91f966182b6f44d471f12a1/src/mongo/db/query/compiler/optimizer/join/index_fingerprint.cpp#L85 the wildcard projection is no included in the hash key.

      Alternatively, scrap this entire hashing scheme and go off some unique ID for the index.
