Consider adding a test-only query knob that sets the persistent sample page size limit at which we split onto another page. The default (and max permitted) value should be 16MB (BSON max obj size) as it currently is in the code, but being able to specify lower values would allow us to write more light-weight paging tests, which currently have to generate a lot of data to create a multi-page sample.
