      Concurrent FCV upgrade/downgrades can keep batch writes from making progress within the default 5 rounds on slow sanitizer hosts, so set maxRoundsWithoutProgressParameter to 20 in the mongos parameters of the five sanitizer variants SERVER-109934 didn't cover.
