We need to identify which features that will be new in 9.0.0 (have landed on master since we branched for v8.3 on March 17th, 2026) require special upgrade / downgrade instructions. We would like to populate the existing "Special Downgrade Instructions Required" field to log this on the SPM epics for those features. We need to make note of any upgrade/downgrade requirements between 9.0 and 8.3, as well as 9.0 and 8.0. The Server Docs and TS teams will use this field to generate internal and external documentation / KBA.
