Profiler tests fail in FCV upgrade/downgrade suites due to global lock contention

      This has caused multiple BFs in the past and stays unresolved for any new tests, as the current fix involves individual tests setting internalQueryGlobalProfilingLockDeadlineMs.

      We need a variant-level setting instead to avoid having to repeat it for every single test.
