      One-line manifest bump (etc/extensions.yml) on v9.0 to the first extension version carrying the TLS client (CLOUDP-437689), after the standing TLS e2e job (CLOUDP-437690) is green against it. Kept separate from the first manifest change (SERVER-133864) so the platform chain and the TLS chain ride whichever v9.0 patch trains they are each ready for.
